The Council of AU Matrouh branch reviews the consolidated regulation for the credit hours system
Alexandria University Council of Matrouh branch headed by University Vice-President Prof. Dr.. Mohammed Ismail Abdu reviewed during the consolidated regulations for the credit hours system Matroh faculties and its governing rules.
The Council congratulated Prof. Dr. Ahmed Mahjoub Shaalan who was assigned as the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Desert and Environmental branch Matrouh.
Signing a cooperation agreement with the British Council
Alexandria University President Dr. Essam El-Kordi, has recently signed cooperation agreement with the British Council represented by Kishore Roy, the Director of UK Education for the Middle East and North Africa at the British Council. The agreement offers an English language assessment test for Alexandria University students. The test is provided by the British Council through the Community Service Center in Smouha to AU students. The test evaluate four language skills; writing, listening reading and speaking. The test gives certificate accredited by the British Council and the University Alexandria.
Dr. Dina Mandour is Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts
Alexandria University President Dr. Essam El-Kordi has recently received Dr. Dina Mohamed Abbas Mandour.who has appointed as Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts.
Dr. Kurdi wished all success for Dr. Dina to achieve the progress of the university and Egypt.

Marwa Naji salutes the Diamond Jubilee Ceremony of Alexandria University
On the evening of Thursday, December 21, 2017, Marwa Naji participated in the commemoration of the closing ceremony of the Alexandria University's Diamond Jubilee at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina Theater, accompanied by the band led by Maestro Abdelhamid Abdel Ghaffar.
She sang a number of songs, including Umm Kulthum's "Ya Al-Ayam", "Fekrouni", as well as the Alexandria University anthem, which was written on the occasion of the celebration.
