Under the auspices of Professor Dr. Abdelaziz Konsowa, President of Alexandria University, the University's Military Education Department, in cooperation with the Popular and Military Defence Forces, organized field visits for university students, during which they learned about Ras El Tin Naval Base and the Olympic Village in the New Administrative Capital.
 
 
 
 
During the visit to Ras El Tin Naval Base, students learned about the history of the base and its strategic importance in protecting the country's coasts. Students were also briefed on the latest naval technologies and equipment used, which gave them a deeper understanding of the importance of maritime security and the role of the Navy in maintaining the country's stability.
 
 
 
The students also saw the modern and advanced sports facilities at the Olympic Village in the New Administrative Capital, including stadiums and gyms, and saw the enormous potential that the village provides for developing Egyptian sports and discovering young talents. They also learned about the New Administrative Capital project as one of the giant national projects that contribute to achieving sustainable development for the country.
 
 
 
 
Colonel Mohamed Maher, Director of the Military Education Department at the University, pointed out that these visits aim to enhance national awareness among students, develop their sense of belonging to the homeland, and acquaint them with the important role played by national institutions in protecting the national security and facing various challenges. The visits also seek to encourage young people to engage in serving their homeland and contribute to building a better future for Egypt.
