Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Dr. Tom Erdimi, Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education and Vocational Training in the Republic of Chad, Professor Dr. Abdelaziz Konsowa, President of Alexandria University, witnessed the graduation ceremony of the third batch of students from the Faculties of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine (in their Arabic and French sections) at the Alexandria University branch in N'Djamena-Chad, in the Grand Hall of the Faculty of Science and Human Health.
 
 
 
 
The celebration was attended by Ambassador Osama El-Hadi, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Chad, Dr. Mohamed Baraka, President of the Western Academy and former President of the University of N'Djamena, Dr. Mohamed Saleh Dosa, President of the University of N'Djamena, Dr. Ali Abdelmohsen, Vice President of Alexandria University for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Abdallah Zaki, Coordinator of the Alexandria University Branch in Chad, Engineer Mohamed El-Keiy, President of the Arab Contractors Chad Branch, and the presidents of the various universities in Chad, deans of faculties, faculty members of the branch and the university, technical directors of the University of N'Djamena, officials of the Arab Contractors Company in Chad, officials of the Animal Wealth, the Animal Wealth Research Centre, the Agricultural Research Centre, parents of students, and branch students.
 
 
 
 
The ceremony began with the national anthems of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Republic of Chad, followed by a welcoming speech delivered by Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Abdallah Zaki, the branch coordinator, in which he spoke about the role of the branch since its establishment, and its achievements to date.

In his speech, Dr. Abdelaziz Konsowa, President of Alexandria University, congratulated the graduates on this occasion, stressing that they are the torchbearers of progress and the future leaders who will shape the modern state of Chad. He stressed that the branch of Alexandria University in the Republic of Chad will expand in offering educational programs in new specialization,s to serve the development needs of Chad and the Central and West African region, some of which will be for double degrees at Alexandria University in cooperation with international universities in Arabic, French and English, noting that Alexandria University is working seriously to continue initiatives, research projects and joint educational programs, within the framework of the two sides' keenness to strengthen the bonds of cooperation and create a brighter future for the countries of the continent.
 
 
 
 
 
Dr. Mohamed Saleh Dosa, President of the University of N'Djamena, expressed his pleasure with the fruitful and successful cooperation between Alexandria University and the University of N'Djamena, which resulted in the graduation of three batches from the Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine in its Arabic and French departments.
Ambassador Osama El Hadi praised the strong and historical relations between the two countries and the cooperation in various fields.
 
 
 
 
This was followed by the distribution of certificates of honour by the ceremony platform and the honourable guests. The top graduates were also honoured with financial and incentive awards by the Arab Contractors Company, Chad branch.
