Alexandria University President Dr. Dr. Essam El-Kurdi received Dr. Eliana Liwung the former vice president of the Chinese University of Macau on Tuesday 10 October 2017. Dr. Liwung is a certified Auditor from the World Tourism Organization. The visit aims to increase cooperation and to study the possibility of establishing common degrees especially in tourism and hotels disciplines.

Dr. Hanan Kattarah, the Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels had received Dr. Liwung on Monday in the faculty where Dr. Liwung delivered a lecture on developments in the tourism education by the TedQual system. The lecture was followed by an open discussion about this system and how to be applied in Egypt with its benefits. The lecture and discussion was attended by a group of faculty members and assisting staff.
