Dr. Ahmed Adel Abdel Hakim, Acting President of Alexandria University, received Ms. Xu Min, Consul General of the People's Republic of China in Alexandria, to discuss expanding academic, research, and cultural cooperation between Alexandria University and Chinese universities.

During the meeting, Dr. Abdel Hakim highlighted the University's commitment to strengthening partnerships with Chinese institutions, expanding academic exchange programs, supporting Chinese international students, and promoting collaboration in joint degree programs, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, medical training, and innovation through the Alexandria University Technology Park (AUTP).

For her part, Ms. Xu Min praised Alexandria University's academic reputation and reaffirmed China's commitment to enhancing cooperation and cultural exchange between Chinese and Egyptian higher education institutions.

Both sides agreed to continue coordination to implement the proposed areas of cooperation and further strengthen the strategic partnership between Alexandria University and Chinese universities.
