As part of promoting the values of love and coexistence, Dr. Ahmed Adel Abdel Hakim, Acting President of Alexandria University, extended his greetings to the Christian community on the occasion of Easter, during his visit to the Papal Headquarters in Alexandria.

During the meeting, Dr. Abdel Hakim expressed his sincere congratulations on this occasion, praying that it returns to Egypt with lasting stability, progress, and prosperity, under the values of tolerance and brotherhood that unite the nation.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Abdel Aziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; Eng. Ayman Attia, Governor of Alexandria; Major General Staff Yasser El-Khatib, Commander of the Northern Military Region; Major General Ahmed Thabet, Assistant Minister of Interior for West Delta; and Major General Rashad Farouk, Assistant Minister of Interior and Director of Alexandria Security, along with a number of executive and public leaders, representatives of Al-Azhar and the Ministry of Endowments, and members of both the House of Representatives and the Senate.

The delegation was received at the Papal Headquarters by Bishop Pavly, General Bishop of El Montaza Sector in Alexandria and Head of the Youth Sector, Bishop Hermina, Bishop Mina, and Father Abram Emil, Representative of His Holiness the Pope in Alexandria.
