As part of Alexandria University’s commitment to strengthening communication between university leadership and its students, and to fostering a positive academic environment that supports excellence and student activities, Prof. Ahmed Adel Abdel Hakim, Acting President of Alexandria University, attended the annual Iftar organized by the University Student Union. The event was also attended by Prof. Hisham Saeed, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, along with a number of deans and vice deans of faculties, members of the University Student Union Council, and presidents and vice presidents of student unions from various faculties.

During his speech, Prof. Ahmed Adel Abdel Hakim emphasized the university administration’s commitment to supporting student activities and enhancing communication channels with students, contributing to the development of their skills, refining their leadership abilities, and preparing student cadres capable of actively participating in community service. He also praised the role of the University Student Union in organizing various student activities and events, noting that such initiatives help strengthen student engagement in university life and promote the values of cooperation, belonging, and teamwork.

For his part, Hazem Badr, President of the University Student Union, expressed his appreciation for the participation of the university leadership in this gathering, affirming the Union’s continued commitment to organizing initiatives and activities that support students and enhance their role across different fields.
