Dr. Abdel Aziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, has issued a decision appointing Dr. Ahmed Adel Abdel Hakim, Vice President of Alexandria University for Education and Student Affairs, to serve as Acting President of Alexandria University.
