
Dr. Ahmed Abdel Hakim, Vice President of Alexandria University for Education and Student Affairs, commended the distinguished efforts exerted by the university’s faculties and the Measurement and Evaluation Center to ensure the smooth conduct of the first semester examinations. This came during the meeting of the Education and Student Affairs Council .
The Vice President of the University affirmed that examinations are proceeding in an atmosphere of discipline and commitment, with the provision of a safe and calm examination environment for students, securing examination committees, and ensuring full coordination among all concerned entities. He also highlighted the continuous provision of necessary support to students and the immediate handling of any remarks or issues, in order to guarantee the success of the examination process and uphold the principles of fairness and equal opportunities for all students. He further stressed the importance of daily follow-up of examination progress until their completion.

Dr. Ahmed Abdel Hakim also directed the swift completion of marking, grade recording, and examination control room procedures in parallel with the examination period, to ensure the prompt announcement of results, while adhering to the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
During the meeting, the Council approved the Code of Ethical and Behavioral Standards for Students, which aims to instill sound university conduct and build a sustainable student community based on respect for human and ethical values. The code promotes discipline, responsibility, and mutual respect, providing a safe and stimulating educational environment that fosters creativity and excellence. It also contributes to strengthening positive values and behaviors both on and off campus, developing students’ academic, professional, and ethical competencies, and preparing distinguished graduates who are scientifically and ethically qualified to serve society and compete in local and international labor markets.

Dr. Alia Ramadan, on the issuance of the University President’s decision appointing her as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Ashraf Sultan, on his appointment as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business for Education and Student Affairs; Dr. Hanan Youssef, on her assignment as Acting Vice Dean of the Faculty of Arts for Education and Student Affairs, wishing them continued success in their new roles.
