Alexandria University  provide for its students preventive and curative  integrated  services  for free and all  the new students  have comprehensive medical examination  to ensure their safety and health ,and there are no healthy obstructions preventing them from  joining the study at the faculties where they accept in. 

outpatient clinics in various faculties at  the University provides for the  Student Health Services , but The cases that require more care are transferred to university students hospital.  In the framework of the development  the treatment services for university students ,the faculty members and staff ,student hospital  have been developed to become a a medical majestic monuments in the city of Alexandria. Hospital contains more than 200 beds, multi-operating rooms , intensive care unit and Physical Therapy unit equipped with latest machinery and capabilities, in addition to an integrated laboratory conducted all laboratory  analyzes by using the latest  techniques and devices.
