English The Faculty of Sport Education for Men, Alexandria University is the second academic institution established in the Arab Republic of Egypt in the field of sport and physical education. The Faculty dates back to 1955, when it was established as an 1nstitute of Physical Education with two divisions, a higher division and an intermediate one. [n 1958, the duration of study in the Institute was prolonged to four years after which a graduate would be awarded the Bachelor Degree in Physical Education and Sport Sciences. [n 1975, the 1nstitute was given the title of "Faculty" and it was officially annexed to Helwan University. [n 1989, the Faculty was affiliated to Alexandria University and became officially titled " the Faculty of Sport Education for Men, Alexandria University". |
