Curriculum

The curriculum of the Executive DBA program combines rigorous academic

coursework with practical business applications. It covers a broad range of business disciplines, including strategy, leadership, finance, marketing, organizational behavior, and entrepreneurship. Some special courses offered in an Executive DBA program may include business models in emerging markets, Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, Entrepreneurship and Case studies and qualitative research.

As a doctoral program, the Executive DBA places a significant emphasis on research. Students are required to complete a doctoral research project that contributes to the existing body of knowledge in business. Admissions and Entry Requirements

An MBA or M.sc in Business Administration from an Egyptian university or equivalent is required. Business graduates with a  lower CGPA and non-business graduates should have complementary courses.

Language requirements are set based on AU board decisions.

An interview assesses candidates' academic abilities, professional experience, leadership potential, and motivation for pursuing an Executive MBA.

International students who wish to be admitted will have to apply through the “Study in Egypt” website https://admission.study-in-gypt.gov.eg/

Admission is open in the fall and spring semesters.

Program Duration and Schedule

The Executive DBA program is designed to be completed in a specific duration, (3-4 years) depending on the program structure.
