All students should obey the following instructions to benefit from treatment system:

1. Treatment is carried out using the medical card of the student.
2. To issue the medical card, the student should bring a medical insurance stamp, faculty ID and recent photo. The medical card is issued for all students every year.
3. The Medical examination starts at 09:30 am and ends at 1:30 pm.
4. The dentistry is managed also with the previous items.
5. Incase that the patient can not be cured in the faculty; he will be sent to the polyclinic in the Faculty of Commerce in which the Medical examination starts at 08:00
6. The medical insurance for faculty members and staff is carried out daily in the clinic at 09:30 am till 11:30 am.
