In the frame work of university support to research activity and to encourage researcher to publish scientific researches in international indexed magazines that shall contribute in raising the scientific research level in the university and improving the university international rank, Alexandria University Council issued its decree no.19 for 2007 regarding scientific research publishing. Also the Council issued its decree no.2 for 2008 regarding scientific research bonus.

After researchers’ interest in scientific research support and publishing bonus, the university established the Distinguished Scientific Publishing Office on 2008. It also issued organizing decrees for distinguished scientific publishing bonus in university council decree no.11 for 2010 with amendment no.13 for 2009.

Required attachments to exchange the publishing bonus:

Printed copies and soft copies on a CD of the following:

A. A copy of the published research.

B. Summary of the research in Arabic.

C. Summary of the research in English.

D. List CV with all researcher published papers or link of researcher CV on university site or the faculty Web site.

E. Assembled recognition.

F. Contact card.

Required attachments are to exchange the publishing support bonus:

Printed copies and soft copies on a CD of the following:

A. A copy of the published research.

B. Publishing support contact card.

C. Summary of the research in both Arabic and English.

D. List CV with all researcher published papers or link of researcher CV on university site or the faculty Web site.

E. Magazine publishing approval.

F. Publishing expenses request from Publishing House.

G. If the researcher had paid the value of the research expenses, he should submit the following:

1. Money transfer receipt to the magazine bank with the name, address and swift code of the magazine bank account.

2. The payment bill sent to the researcher by the magazine.
