Under the auspices of Dr. Abdelaziz Konsowa, President of Alexandria University, and the supervision of Dr. Hassan Saad Abdeen, Dean of the Faculty of Education, the Department of Educational Administration and Education Policies at the Faculty of Education held the second forum of the department, entitled "Educational Policies: Contemporary Challenges and Future Prospects".
 
 
In his speech, Dr. Hassan Abdeen, Dean of the Faculty, stressed the importance of strategic planning for educational policies, the need to monitor the challenges facing this planning, and develop innovative solutions and proposals to address these challenges. He also stressed the importance of linking educational policies to the changing needs of the labor market, to ensure the graduation of qualified cadres capable of effectively contributing to building the future of the nation.
 
 
 
The forum addressed a variety of topics and issues related to educational policies, including the challenges of educational policies in the digital age, the role of technology in developing education, education for sustainable development, developing curricula to meet the needs of the labor market, and the role of educational administration in implementing educational policies.
 
 
 
The forum sessions witnessed extensive discussions and exchange of views among the participants, where the latest studies and research in the field of educational policies were reviewed, and practical proposals and recommendations were presented to develop education in Egypt.
 
 
 
The forum was attended by Dr. Sayeda Mahmoud Ibrahim, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Salem Abdel Razek Suleiman, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Mohamed Khamis Harb, Head of the Department of Educational Administration and Chairman of the Forum, Eng. Ihab Zakaria, Member of the Senate, and a group of faculty members and directors of educational departments.
