The total number of published research in international journals (1314) from Alexandria University, in the medical field (484 researches) then engineering field (271 published researches), moreover, publishing in journals (1003) published in scientific journals and 195 published in conferences.
Journals from outside the Arab Republic of Egypt: Saudi universities (301) and the UAE (127), Qatar (55), Canada (50), England (50), Germany (46), Lebanon (38) and Mexico and Italy, were distributed among the rest of the research on the different countries of the world, also featured the highest universities in publishing on the part of Egyptian researchers are King Abdul Aziz University in Saudi Arabia, about (71) research.
