- The student withdraws a paper form from university hostels and complete it from the faculty and the guarantor and submit it to the cities during the date announced at the beginning of the summer vacation every year, and also for old students from the same hostel in which he was staying last year, and for newcomers (Smouha City), according to the faculty.

- The student can apply to university cities via the Internet by registering on the following link (online application is not considered a justification for acceptance, but paperwork must be completed later):

- The admission result will be announced before the start of the study, and each student is given a 10-day opportunity from the start of his placement date, after which he forfeits his right to housing.

- Due to the increasing numbers, students are being selected according to the method of differentiation. For the old, the selection is based on grading, and the newcomers on the basis of the total degree.

- Admission of students is limited to one academic year, and applications are renewed at the beginning of each academic year.

- The student’s residency ends with the end of the exams scheduled for him at the end of the second semester.
